A man who has been helping to plan the logistics of the Citrus Expo Seminar since the first show is Bob Rouse, pictured here with UF/IFAS helpers while a seminar is in progress. Bob is Associate Professor/Horticultural Sciences, Southwest Florida Research and Education Center in Immokalee, FL.
I interviewed Bob to learn more about what it takes to put on one of these seminars. He says they work all year on it and start out by soliciting grower input from committees and organizations involved with Expo.
