How to Find Out More about WHIP

whipThe U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) wants to remind producers affected by hurricanes and wildfires in 2017 that sign up for assistance through the 2017 Wildfires and Hurricanes Indemnity Program (2017 WHIP) ends November 16. Farm Service Agency (FSA) Administrator, Richard Fordyce, lists the four areas of the country that are estimated to have had the greatest impact from wildfires and hurricanes last year, and how producers can learn more about the program.
