Vice Provost and Dean of the College of Agriculture for Tuskegee University, Dr. Walter Hill, says he believes that the recently announced StrikeForce for Rural Growth and Opportunity in Alabama will be successful, thanks to the organization of all the partners involved as well as the fact that it has agriculture as a strong base.
