During this morning’s opening session of the 5th National Grazing Lands Conference in Orlando, Florida, the guest speaker was Chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture Frank Lucas, U.S. Representative for Oklahoma’s 3rd congressional district. And of course the topic the room full of people wanted to hear about was the farm bill, and that’s something I had a chance to talk with the Congressman about.
