A team of University of Florida IFAS executives were among the first in a series of meetings hosted by Florida Agriculture Commissioner-Elect Adam Putnam in Gainesville this morning, as issues of the coming legislative session come into focus. We caught up to Payne for a few brief comments as the meeting concluded.
