Nationwide WOTUS Injunction Granted

Last Friday, an appeals court ordered a nationwide stay against the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) Rule. The three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Judicial Circuit voted 2-1 to stay implementation over concerns that the rule may cause a burden to state and federal governments, private parties and the public in general.
