Georgia Cotton Commission Pleased with State Joining WOTUS Lawsuit
Last week, Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens joined other state attorneys general in a lawsuit asking a federal court to strike down the “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) rule from the Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
