Cotton, Peanut Crops on Par With Development

According to the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), cotton and peanut crops continue to develop. As a matter of fact, USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey says there was some overall improvement in the nation’s cotton crop this past week. Less Cotton in Georgia This Year

When USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released its 2020 planted acreage reports, it noted growers across the belt planted 12.2 million acres this year, which is down 11% from last year.
