Here’s a statement from National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Associate Director of Legislative Affairs Kent Bacus regarding USDA’s announcement to propose comprehensive rule for BSE: WASHINGTON (March 9, 2012) – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced that the agency will publish in the Federal Register a comprehensive rule for Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE).
