The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) is gearing up for CattleCon 2026, set to take place February 3–5, 2026, in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This year’s event promises fresh experiences, unmatched access to Nashville’s vibrant culture, and valuable opportunities for cattle producers to connect, learn, and celebrate the industry.

We spoke with Kristen Torres of NCBA, who shared why this year’s location will elevate the convention experience. Torres explained, “We are so excited because the convention is moving to downtown Nashville this year, which is an experience in itself. The convention center is just about two and a half blocks off of the famous Broadway, so you can actually hear the music from the honky tonks right from the convention center, honestly. And we really try to lean into whatever city we’re going to, so folks are going to have an opportunity to really get a taste and feel of Nashville while we’re there.”

A Convention Immersed in Nashville Culture

Nashville’s iconic atmosphere is expected to shape much of the CattleCon 2026 experience. As Torres highlighted, “Nashville is rich with history and culture, amazing restaurants that are downtown. There are so many venues that you can go and hear live music pretty much everywhere.”

One major perk for attendees is the convention center’s prime location directly across from the Country Music Hall of Fame, making it easy for cattle producers and their families to explore one of the city’s most famous attractions during downtime.

Walkable Hotels and Producer Connections

Convenience is another major focus for this year’s event. Torres added, “The hotel package is great. We have several different hotels, but they’re all within walking distance, so folks are going to be running into their friends or neighbors, folks they haven’t seen in a while right there on the streets of Nashville.”

CattleCon 2026 aims to blend professional development, industry insights, and networking with the unique energy and hospitality of Nashville.
