The Georgia Cotton Commission, Georgia Peanut Commission and the University of Georgia (UGA) Extension Cotton and Peanut Teams are co-sponsoring a joint research field day on Wednesday, Sept. 3, in Tifton, Georgia.
The field day, which is a free event, will begin at 8 a.m. at the UGA Lang Farm at 230 Rigdon Aultman Road. Scientists will speak about research pertinent to both cotton and peanuts. Attendees will later relocate to the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center for lunch and a short program.
