Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp has signed Senate Bill 144 into law which addressed liability regarding pesticide use in the state. We spoke with Elizabeth Burns-Thompson with the Modern Ag Alliance on the signing of the bill and the impact this has on Georgia’s agricultural producers.
