The Georgia Cattlemen’s Association held their annual Steak Biscuit Breakfast at the Georgia State Capitol this past week. This event, held on “Crossover Day,” offered legislators a chance to enjoy a steak biscuit, milk provided by the Georgia Milk Producers and featured the Mobile Dairy Classroom. This event allows the members of Georgia Cattlemen’s and Georgia Milk Producers the opportunity to make connections with legislators. Southeast AgNet’s Dale Sandlin caught up with Will Bentley, Georgia Agribusiness Council President, James Vaughn, Georgia Cattlemen’s Association President, and David Huddleston, State Representative District 72 to discuss the day’s event.
