The latest USDA Pasture and Rangeland Condition report show longer term dryness continuing their negative impacts in parts of the Plains and Midwest. But, USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey notes some of the regions of the country where very good to excellent pasture and rangeland condition ratings stand out.
