The Florida Beef Council (FBC) recently attended the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) State Leadership Conference in Orlando. FCCLA is a personal growth and leader ship development organization through the family and consumer science, education arena. It is the only career tech student organization with family as their central focus.
During the event, FBC presented two beef educational programs, one by Kylie Philips from Citrus County, a new FBC board member. She talked with Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman about the event and the presentation she made to more than 100 students.
