Class 8 of the Florida Cattlemen’s Leadership Academy (FCLA) is underway, and the Florida Beef Council (FBC) was involved in the latest session. It was a beef cook-off event. Ashton Meares from St. Cloud, is one of class members, and she told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman the cook-off was a learning experience.
