If you own or have owned cattle in 2021, chances are you received a letter from the Florida Beef Council (FBC) that beef checkoff assessments are due for any cattle you may have sold this past year. With the end of the year nearing, FBC Director of Education & Promotion, DeAnne Maples, has this friendly reminder for producers across the state.
