The Beef Checkoff program in Florida works in various ways to present the beef message to consumers. But recently the Florida Beef Council (FBC) worked with students at the University of Florida through an on-line course. FBC Director of Education & Promotion, DeAnne Maples, says they took part in the “Meat We Eat” course.
