The recent phase one deal between the U.S. and China will be a benefit to the beef industry, according the president of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.

We’ve talked before about how many in agriculture were pleased with the recent signing of the first phase of the China trade deal, and this includes the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA). Their President Jennifer Houston noted, “this is a game changer that will benefit American beef producers.” But a question for some is will this trade deal bring a quick and significant boost in U.S. beef exports to China?
