Peanut and Cotton Planting Update

Across the Southeast, this is expected to be a good week for both peanut and cotton planting. And looking at the latest numbers, USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey says the pace of peanut planting is on par with the average.

But, Rippey notes cotton planting progress is slightly behind schedule.
