Throughout the day, Senators eager to get a vote on the 2018 Farm Bill spent time discussing the various issues of the bill and its importance to farmers and rural America. U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Pat Roberts and Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow were two of those who spent time on the floor talking about the bill. Roberts made these comments.
