USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) wants financial assistance program participants 
to know they will no longer need a Dun and Bradstreet Universal Number System (DUNS) number, or to register in the System for Award Management (SAM). This is effectively immediately, as the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018, or 2018 Omnibus Bill signed back in March eliminated these requirements.
