Everett Griner talks about the long-range weather forecast not good for parts of the United States in today’s Agri View.
Long Range Weather Outlook
You know one of the most difficult things for anybody to do is accurately forecast the weather. But here is what long-range forecasters are telling us about the rest of 2018. More droughts. More floods. And, higher temperatures.
Now, this includes parts of the United States. Most of Europe and sections of Asia.
They didn’t tell us what parts of the United States but it is sort of easy to speculate. It is commonly the same sections, although droughts do occur anywhere. Parts of Texas, parts of Alabama and parts of Georgia are experimenting anything from mild to extreme drought right now. Surprisingly, this is not what is expected from those who give us these long-range forecast.
I think I will check my Old Farmers Almanac.
That’s Agri View for today. I’m Everett Griner…
