Georgia State Veterinarian on Importance of Biosecurity

Georgia StateIt was officially announced by the Georgia Department of Agriculture that a flock of chickens at a commercial poultry breeding operation in Chattooga County had tested positive for H7, presumptive low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI). Georgia State Veterinarian, Dr. Robert Cobb, says the state now joins Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee in having a positive case of A.I.
