Landowners across Florida are being reminded the signup deadline for 2017 funding through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) is October 21st. Al Oliver, district conservationist with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service in Lake City, Florida says there are various programs through EQIP.
