It’s time to celebrate a classic American food and lunchtime staple. That’s because this coming Sunday will be National Peanut Butter Day. And there’s a pretty good chance a lot of people will be having a sandwich or two because as Cathy Isom reports, Americans love peanut butter so much, we spend 800-million-dollars a year on the 90-percent peanut product.
