The 25th Florida Ruminant Nutrition Symposium will be held February 4-5 at the Best Western Gateway Grand in Gainesville. The program includes information in the areas of nutrition and immunology, protein and amino acid nutrition, feed and forage utilization, feed efficiency and sustainability of the cattle industries, among others. The program was designed to be attractive to most people involved with dairy and beef cattle nutrition and health.
