“It’s a 50-50 proposition,” U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida said Wednesday of the chances of recently proposed immigration reform being approved by Congress. Rubio discussed the immigration reform proposal that he played a major part in with about 80 citrus growers and others at Florida Citrus Mutual in Lakeland.
