The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association was pleased with this week’s announcement that the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement will begin next Wednesday. Kent Bacus, NCBA’s Associate Director of Legislative Affairs, said this means the ultimate removal of tariffs and other barriers to U.S. exports.
