Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack is encouraged by the progress of the Farm Bill so far, but is concerned about talks of pausing to survey the House political situation. Vilsack says any delay will make it more difficult for the House and Senate to reconcile the differences between their two versions before the September 30th deadline.
