Rural and urban residents alike are sharing in surveying the aftermath of a fickle and unpredictable Tropical Storm Debby. The system continues pounding major regions of Florida into the new week after a weekend of record rains in many areas. As is always the case after notable storm events, Florida farmers and ranchers will be surveying crops, when they can get into them that is.
