The Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee is meeting right now to officially markup their version of the 2012 Farm Bill. Markup is the process during which the committee amends and modifies a bill. And just a few minutes ago former Ag Secretary Mike Johanns, now a Nebraksa Senator, explained to Chairwoman Stabenow why he is not a fan of target prices.
