Research indicating that drinking orange juice can actually give people a positive, optimistic outlook is being put to use by the Florida Department of Citrus. Public relations director Karen Mathis tells about that effort, as well as the department’s public relations support for grapefruit and grapefruit juice. She also tells why the department’s grapefruit target audience has shifted to young women in recent years.
