We’ve talked before about how beef checkoff dollars are dwindling in Florida but Roger West from Gainesville, Secretary Treasurer of the Cattlemen’s Beef Board, said that’s actually the case nationwide as there are a lot of good projects to promote beef they would like to fund but the dollars are just not there.
