Last week a lawsuit was filed by Florida Cattlemen’s Association and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association challenging EPA’s final rule establishing numeric nutrient criteria for waters in Florida. FCA President Jim Strickland said this whole issue is causing them a lot of concern.
