The U.S. Department of Agriculture Thursday increased the expected size of the Florida non-Valencia orange crop and left the expected Valencia crop unchanged. Citrus Administrative Committee Manager Duke Chadwell, whose organization tracks Florida fruit utilization, explains the change.
