Ag Secretary Believes Government Shutdown will be Avoided

With an upcoming deadline of March 4, 2011 to approve the fiscal year 2011 budget some are talking about the probability of a government shutdown. But Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack says that he believes that scenario will most likely be avoided.
