AL NRCS Working with Tribes on Various Conservation Programs

As USDA marks November as National American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month, Alabama NRCS State Conservationist, Dr. Bill Puckett, says overall they have nine tribes that they work with in the state, eight state tribes and one federally recognized tribe. And Assistant State Conservationist for Field Operations, Charlie Ramsey, explains some of the efforts that are made with that federal tribe, The Poarch Creek Indians.
