A Farm Service Agency listening tour regarding rural job creation visited Florida recently and Tim Manning, (pictured left) state director of Florida’s FSA, said it attracted a great cross section of Florida’s agricultural sector and Mary Hartney (pictured right), Executive Director of the Florida Fertilizer and AgriChemical Association, was one those to speak as she says that she hopes her comments along with others made during the session will ultimately be heard by the administration.
