In this series of reports, details about how Florida’s citrus tree counts will be handled in the future, with comments from Citrus Statistics Administrator at the Florida Agriculture Statistics Service, Candi Erick. The release of these tree count reports used to be every other year, in September. Now to be released each year in September instead, statistics teams plan to split tree count work from year to year, doing some each year, so that the ongoing updates will keep up better with changes happening in the field.
