The Alabama Cattlemen Association’s Convention is well under way with the trade show, educational seminars and meetings highlighting various key note speakers. 
One event that always draws a big crowd is the Cookoff Challenge, sponsored by Southeast AgNet, featuring past, future and present leadership competing for bragging rights by cooking beef convenience products. Mike Dee and Karen Harrison won the fun and friendly competion with their rendition of Beef Fajita Tortellini.
