Judge Rules Against California in Citrus Lawsuit

A Tallahassee, FL judge has made his ruling in the fresh fruit shipping case that California recently brought against Florida when Florida’s Ag Commissioner restricted fruit movement into Florida if it was not properly treated for certain citrus crop diseases.
