We spoke with Rep Baxter Troutman shortly after he was recognized as a Florida Farm Bureau Legislator of the Year, at FFBF’s state convention in Daytona Beach. Other state lawmakers recognized as FFBF Legislators of the Year this year include Rep. Denise Grimsley, and Sen. Mike Heridopolos.
