Japan may be running out of candidates for agriculture minister. The country’s prime minister has now appointed his fourth ag minister this year. The third resigned earlier this week after just a week on the job, due to a scandal involving misuse of farm subsidies. The previous ag minister resigned last month for another scandal, and the one before that committed suicide in May, also the result of scandal allegations.
