Several notable meetings and events are coming up in the Florida citrus community, including the 46th Annual Citrus Packinghouse Day Thursday Sept 9 at the Citrus Research and Education Center in Lake Alfred; Indian River Postharvest Workshop THursday Sept 13 in Ft Pierce, and the 90th anniversary celebration of the CItrus Research and Education Center in Lake Alfred on Wednesday November 7. Also in this report, a new name for the New York Board of Trade, it’s now called “I C E Futures U S”.
