Asian soybean rust was reported at low levels in soybean sentinel plots in Jackson and Jefferson counties in the Florida Panhandle. Rust was also reported in Mobile County, Alabama where it was detected in a sentinel plot located within a commercial soybean field.
Update: This week, rust was found in three more Alabama counties, including a soybean sentinel plot in Escambia County, a commercial soybean field in Monroe County and a kudzu patch in Covington County.
