US Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns is concerned about provisions in the House Agriculture Committee’s 2007 Farm Bill proposal.
He discussed some of those concerns, as well as other issues, during a telephone interview with me today. I asked him about some specific issues, including specialty crops, payment limitations, sugar and peanut provisions, citrus and the energy bill.
We will be using audio from this interview in upcoming reports, but here is the entire 12:00 interview.
