With Christmas just three weeks away, the Florida Beef Council (FBC) is providing information to help consumers prepare delicious beef for their holiday meals. In this week’s Beef Checkoff report, FBC Director of Education and Promotion DeAnne Maples says FBC has tips and recipes on its social media pages.
