This year, the Deep South Stocker Conference returns to Georgia, as cattle producers and ranchers are invited to attend the annual event August 4-5 at the Carroll County Ag Center in Carrollton, Georgia. Lawton Stewart, beef cattle extension specialist with the University of Georgia, says it’s an effort between the University Extension Services in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia.
