The Florida Department of Citrus’s (FDOC) grapefruit program targets active young women, a majority of whom have weight management challenges. FDOC Public Relations Director Karen Mathis tells how the department will try to help those women, and sell more Florida grapefruit and grapefruit juice in the process.
